JAH Disciple Torah Study: Envy and Murder

HIM discipline of the mind

Greetings Friends. Thanks for sharing some time as we seek to understand the logic of the Holy Bible.

We begin in the Gospel of Matthew 5:27-30 where The Master Rabbi Jesus Christ said to the disciples: “Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say to you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Jesus Christ the Master was expounding Deuteronomy 22:22 (Torah); where the sin of adultery entailing the death penalty is addressed. The first 70 elders (i.e. “them of old time”) who, were appointed in Numbers 11:26, received the expounding of the Law (Torah i.e. Instruction) from Moses. In the Gospel of Luke 10:1-17, Christ the Master had sent 70 Disciples on a mission; as Genesis 10  also gives an account of 70 descendants of Noah who became the progenitors of 70 nations that repopulated the earth after the flood. In chapter 7 of The Ethiopic Book of Jubilees, it is related that the 70 nations were also instructed regarding adultery.

In The Master’s expounding, the focus is directed away from the act of adultery to the eye (gate of the mind) in turn leading to the primary cause which is the heart (mediator of the Spirit of thought).

In Torah, a man committing the act of adultery considered in the context of rape is likened to the act of murder. For example, regarding rape; “But to the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is nothing in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man rise against his neighbor, and murder him, even so is this matter”. (Deuteronomy 22:26) All three acts (adultery, rape and murder) are manifestations of a mind influenced by the satanic thought envy (covetousness or wanting what doesn’t belong to).

We find the first example of this lesson beginning with Cain. Cain in archaic Hebrew literally means Red Eye which is one gate away from the Evil Eye (condemning the righteous i.e. innocent). Cain condemned his righteous brother because he was envious that Abel’s offering pleased the Lord which lead him to murder his brother. In the Book of Adam and Eve, it is accounted that Cain and Abel had a beautiful sister. A sister represent wisdom (Proverbs 7:4 howbeit that there are two kinds of wisdom [James 3:13-18]).  In this case, Abel’s murder was also motivated by Cain’s envy for Luluwa whom Abel was to take as his wife. In scripture, a husband often represents the Spirit and a wife reflects the Soul (Throne of the Spirit). Together, a husband and wife, bring forth offspring (i.e. Phi-Cycle Manifestations).

In essence, Cain by murdering Abel sacrificed to Satan Father of Lies and adversary of humanity. Thus, Cain receives his inheritances as the spiritual Father of the Bloody Men condemned in the Psalms of David.

Of a certainty, Discipline of the mind is the basic ingredient.  Yeshua Shalom Friends. Glory Be the King of Kings Haile Selassie I. The Holy One of Israel ; Bless Be He. Bless Be The Name. HaQadosh Israel Baruk Hu. Baruk HaShem.
