Biblical Reasonings based on The Teaching of Qedamawi Haile Sellassie
be’ShalOM Yeshua (Complete Peace in THE Salvation) of THE FATHER THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT=ONE SOURCE to one & all!
In this article, RasTafari Talmud would like to present a few considerations, in reference to the claims of “Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath”, regarding Our GOD-Father and King of Kings Qedamawi Haile Sellassie. It is an opportunity, for our audience, to exercise discernment by weighing and balancing the claims of Mr. Siddhanath against The Teaching of His Majesty.
Haile Selassie: “This age above all ages is a period in history when it should be our prime duty to preach
the Gospel of grace to all our fellow men and women. The love shown in Christ by our God to mankind
should constrain all of us who are followers and disciples of Christ to do all in our power to see to it that
the Message of Salvation is carried to those of our fellows for whom Christ our Savior was sacrificed but
who have not had the benefit of hearing the Good News…. However wise or however mighty a person
may be, he is like a ship without a rudder if he is without God. A rudderless ship is at the mercy of the
waves and the wind, drifts wherever they take it, and if there arises a whirlwind it is smashed against the
rocks and becomes as if it has never existed. It is our firm belief that a soul without Christ is bound to
meet with no better fate. Therefore, O Christians, let us arise and, with the spiritual zeal and
earnestness which characterized the Apostles and early Christians, let us labor to lead out brothers and
sisters to our Savior Jesus Christ, Who only can give life in its fullest sense!”
First, we are glad that Mr. Siddhanath has brought “The Name” (HaShem/ השם) Qedamawi Haile Sellassie: The Elect Physical Vessel of YHWH Elohim “His Majesty” THE MOST HIGH GOD (El Elyon/אל עליון) to remembrance. Mr. Siddhanath speaking about His Majesty may be very good for ones who may not have previously been introduced to the Revelation of Ras Tafari (“The Head TO BE REVERENCED”). We pray that interest will be stirred and some will learn to think for themselves in seeking more about His Majesty. We bear no animosity towards Mr. Siddhanath and recognize that The Almighty has endowed him with a strong intellect and charisma, with which he might contribute to the general well-being of humanity. Thus, we recall the Wisdom of The Holy Spirit speaking through Apostle Paul in Phillipians 1:18-19: “But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of The Gospel. What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretense, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.”
Again, RasTafari Talmud does not deny that many spiritual disciplines (in principle [such as presented by RasTafari Yoga]) do contain practices that may benefit some people, in various aspects of life. Yet, the author is obligated to point out that many who seek to ‘learn of’ and ‘walk in’ the Faith of Yeshua “Salvation” in Christ “The Anointed”(even in Kingly Character) are easily swayed by these philosophies set forth by men and people that are . It is quite alarming that ones who have accepted The New Name prefer finding solace in anything other than The WORD Covenant (Qal Kidan/ ቃል ኪዳን) contained in The Bible. Is the Bible not what the King of Kings testifies to and fulfills, in Spirit and in Truth?
Initially, RasTafari Talmud was not greatly distracted by the proclamation of Mr. Siddhanath spoken in the Name of Qedamawi Haile Sellassie; although we would have loved the opportunity to be present for cross-examining many of the fantastic assertions he presents as scientific facts (i.e. astronomical calculations of cosmic accounting of Qedamawi Haile Sellassie/Hebraic Accounting of time is beyond the scope of this article.) After viewing the video (below), the inquiry is: Does Mr. Siddhanath contradict the Testimony of His Majesty? Regardless, we will leave it to the audience for further careful contemplation.
Nonetheless, while studying “ProVerbs” 30, (specifically verses 3-6) more clarity, according to The Word, was received concerning the matter of Mr Siddhanath. In this particular ProVerb; Verse 3 pronounces the following rebuke: ”I neither learned wisdom, nor have the knowledge of the Holy One.” Verse 4 follows with an inquiry to the disciple rebuked in the previous verse (perhaps because he acts רָשָׁע [rasha/“foolish“ for self-aggrandizing] as opposed to חכם [hakam/”wise“]): “Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? Who hath gathered the spirit in HIS fists? WHO hath bound the waters in a garment? WHO hath established all the ends of the earth? WHAT is HIS NAME, and WHAT is HIS SON’S NAME, IF thou canst tell?
HIS MAJESTY HAILE SELASSIE I: He who would be a leader must pay the price in self-discipline and moral restraints. This details the correction and improvement of his personal character, the checking of passions and desires and an exemplary control of one’s bodily needs and desires.
Gurunath Siddhanath: To embrace the passions. If wine is the vice, Drink Wine! Do this until you are sick of it.
Having attained to a degree of “spiritual enlightenment”, could Mr. Siddhanath disclose the 5 lines of this Sacred Mystery? Recall that the Book of ProVerbs מִשְלֵי (mishle/”parables”) is attributed to the House of Solomon. *It is also interesting that the Hebrew Sages of Ancient Israel have noted that ProVerbs 30 is likely prophetical. Moreover, the Kebra Negast (Ethiopic Text “Glory of Kings” chpt 66) provides further insight into Matthew 12:42 as the writing accounts; “Now, according to the interpretation of prophecy, the name SOLOMON signifieth in the secret speech “CHRIST“. And as SOLOMON built the house of God, so CHRIST raised up His Body and made it into the Church. “King SOLOMON hath made a litter for himself, and these words are to be interpreted that CHRIST hath put on our body…The name SOLOMON in the language of the HEBREWS is, being interpreted, “CHRIST“. And the foolish JEWS imagine that the words of DAVID, “The Lord said unto me, ‘Thou art my son and I this day have begotten thee,’ were spoken concerning SOLOMON his son. “O God, give Thy judgment to the king, and Thy righteousness to the son of the king, so that he may judge thy people with righteousness and thy needy ones with justice. And he shall live and they shall give him of the gold of ARABIA, and shall pray for him continually, and shall follow him [with good words], and he shall be a support for the whole earth on the tops of the mountains, and his fruit shall be greater than the cedar, and he shall flourish in the city like the grass of the earth, and his name shall be blessed for ever, and his name shall be before the sun. I have brought thee forth from the belly before the Morning Star. God hath sworn, and He will not repent, thou art His priest for ever, after the appointment of MELCHIZEDEK.” Perhaps, Mr. Siddhanath may be able to give a good answer or deny our Divine Ethiopian Hebrew Heritage during another “‘Rastafari’ guest appearance?”
Eitherway, the implication of the expression in Verses 5,6 deserves contemplation, within the entire context of “The Bible”, as it admonishes the disciple: “Every WORD of Elohim is pure: He is a shield to them that Put Their Trust in H.I.M. Add thou not to HIS WORD , lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.”
“Do we truly Trust in the Word of the Revelation of RasTafari or Do we require that another man validate the “New Name of The Anointed?” This paradox may seem a bit perplexing. However, if we study and take heed to the Torah and Books of the Prophets, these type occurrences shouldn’t really be a great surprise. (Exodus 7:17 And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted YHWH, saying, Is YHWH among us, or not?)
The Book of Isaiah Chapter 8 Verses 18-22 contains a prophetic warning that will help us to discern matters such as these; as It Is Written: “ Behold, I and the children whom YHWH hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. And when they shall say to you, Seek to them that have familiar spirits, and to wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek to their Elohim? for the living to the Dead? To the law (Torah) and to the testimony if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their King and their Sustainer, and look upward. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.”
To expound: Verse 18 refers to the Children of Qedamawi Haile Sellassie through the adoption in Iyesus Kristos (John 6:37-39) to remind those who are able to receive The Spirit of YHWH, in the New Name RasTafari, of the Teaching of the King of Kings. A few verses of reminder, for this case in particular, are [Matthew 24:5 “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ (author’s note: ‘or an enlightened being’); and shall deceive many.”/ 1 Corinthians 11:19 “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” The question posed, in Verse 19, is befitting a people who’s faith is wavering as they seek after הַיִּדְּעֹנִים (HaYid’oniy “Wizards”) to confirm that Qedamawi Haile Sellassie is manifest as the True and Living Elohim. The directive in Verse 20 assures those who receive the Revelation of RasTafari that The Father Majesty Qedamawi Haile Sellassie’s testimony of The Son Iyesus Kristos, in word and deed of The Holy Spirit, is Faithful. ([SEE DEUTERONOMY 17:6/MATTHEW 18:16] regarding 2 or 3 witnesses i.e. The Father, Son, Holy Spirit written in The Bible/ALSO in The Heavens [PSALM 19:1]/ “The Old and New Testament” etc. etc.) Verse 21 and 22 is a foreshadow of when there would be a spiritual famine as a result of ignorance “darkness” concerning the WORD of Elohim which would result in many following after teachings of vain delusion. Whether in ignorance, error or envy; when we cast the WORD COVENANT behind us are…we not are cursing YHWH Elohim and HIS KING?
In conclusion, RasTafari Talmud hopes that this article may prompt our RasTafari brothers, sisters and others (who may not have heeded the Words of His Majesty) to seek and find the Glory of HaElohim in Christ, by studying The Bible in the Light of the King of Kings Qedamawi Haile Sellassie, and be taught by The Holy Spirit until Christ be formed in one’s self.
