When taken into account that our annual Parashat studies are an ongoing lifetime endeavor and cycle, it is interesting to note that The Brit Hadashah reading for Wezot HaBarakah (וְזֹאת הַבְּרָכָה) “and This is The Blessing” connects and “lights up” the Torah reading for Bereshit (בראשית) “In the Head/In the Beginning/Genesis”. Specifically, we find the “Tree of Life” (Etz HaHaiyim עץ החיים [Hebrew]/Heywet Zaf የሕይወት ዛፍ [Amharic]) in Revelation 22:2 “In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” By extension, if we read the entire chapter in verse 13 we see the Aleph Taw translated as Alpha Omega:”I am Alpha and Omega (אֵת “Aleph Taw”) , the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” In most Bible translations this verse would be in red letters indicating that Yeshua HaMashiakh “Jesus Christ” is speaking.  In the first verse of the Bible we find in Genesis 1:1 In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. In the Hebrew these words would be בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָֽרֶץ׃  Berashit bara’a Elohim et (Aleph Taw) HaShamayim w’et (Aleph Taw) HaEretz. The “et” is defined even by most Rabbis “scholars” as an untranslated direct definitive object active in the creation of the heavens and earth (the author is of the opinion that it signifies word-activated neuro-melanin, of course the word being that of Elohim). The Hebrew word created bara’a in which both the words “Son”: bar (בַּר) and “Word”:debar (דָּבָר) are discernible (This observation is further evidenced in John 1:1-14) Also, in the Paleo-Hebrew the Aleph is designated by an Ox Head and a unilateral cross. Thus, the entire Bible is a progressive revelation of Christ “Annointed” in the person of Yeshua HaMashiakh (The Son) and even the His testimony of (The Father)  in the person of Qedamawi Haile Sellassie  who were both present in (Spirit) “in the beginning” (see Isaiah 46:10) This will become more evident as we progress during this cycle of study and become more proficient in discerning anti-types (“pre-types” that are manifested further by types), types, and actual fulfillment of the types.

Other interesting points of related study would include the keywords: neuromelanin, god particle, dark matter (see also Colossians 1:15-18), and Higg Boson (Keeping in mind that Higg (ህግ) is the Ethiopic Word for law and that yebasana zaff (የብሳና ዛፍ) Ethiopic for a type of large tree. Also we find the word, in Deuteronomy 30:23, “Sweet Calamus” QanehBesem (קִנְּמָן־בֶּשֶׂם) in reference to the Holy Annointing Oil)

A very important aspect of this study brings us to what is often termed “The Interval” (the period of time when the previous creation was judged or from a modern “scientific” approach; a cataclysmic event occurred on earth  between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2.) We find in Genesis 1:2 “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep” The Hebrew words Tohu W’Bohu (תֹהוּ וָבֹהוּ) is the same words we find in Jeremiah 4:23 “I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.” This evidenced fact which In itself and of itself is a subject matter which may require a lifetime to perform an exhaustive inquiry. Thus, being mindful of the Teaching of His Majesty and remembering H.I.M.’s utterance “Life is like the theatre – One mustn’t try to understand it all at once and immediately. Genesis 1:2 also reveals Elohim setting order out of Chaos as Genesis 1:3-4 reveals “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light; And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.” This could be applied within a spiritual context as darkness without the garment which is Christ or the anointing of The Holy Spirit, to be supported by Matthew 22:13 “Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Also, we find in 1 Corinthians 14:33 “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”

On a related note, considering that the Ethiopic year is 7507 (long count which would designate the 8th Millenium) a very profound meditation is presented before us as we consider the remainder of Genesis Chapter 1 from a metaphysical perspective of the process of creation. The premise being : Could the account of creation detailed be an ongoing process of revelation as an type or amalgam of dispensations 1) Innocence 2) Conscience 3) Human Government 4) Promise 5) Law 6)Grace 7) Kingdom or reflect as an anti-type of Covenants 1) Adamic 2) Noahic 3) Abrahamic 4) Mosaic 5) Palestinian 6) Davidic 7) New? This much more scriptural study. Yet, we find in Psalms 90:4 “For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.” and in 2 Peter 3:8 “But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day”  Furthermore, the designation of day in Hebrew Yowm (יֹום) is not limited to the sense of a literal day but could denote a period of day.
